• Your request will be processed manually and this may take up to two working days as your status as a lecturer must be checked. If you are on our database this is a simple process. If you are not on our database, we may need to contact your Department to verify your status as a lecturer. Using an official university email address helps in this process.

• Please be aware that students are not authorised to use this portal. The need to authorise access to the portal is designed to prevent students from accessing test answers and solutions.

• If your registration is authorised, you will receive an email asking you to log into the portal to request access to the resources for a specific book. This will require a further authorisation process as access to resoures is only given to lecturers who prescribe a book. If you would like to receive samples of the lecturer support material for a specific book, please email marketing@vanschaiknet.com
